Orelx was founded to deliver business and strategy coaching to executive leadership and entrepreneurs whose rocket ship was just getting off the ground.  The consulting and guidance market loves to go for the ‘big fish’ Orelx decided to take a different path. Our clients are entrepreneurs who worked so hard to get up and running that they did not consider what was next. It's an easy trap to fall into in a stressful startup. Now, they are making money and and are searching for the next step. How do we start to scale? Is our pricing under or over market? What are our expansion options? How can we lean down our operation to cut costs and still produce at target levels? These questions do not sound complex until you start to digest them.
